Barcelona on Rails

We are looking for a talented senior RoR developer. We are looking for someone with several years of experience building large, scalable and high availability systems. Experience working in the cloud is required (we host our infrastructure at AWS). Experience building redundant and scalable architectures with RoR is a plus.

Some of the things we use or look forward: Git, high level using and admin. Good level in testing. Web standards. Agile methodologies. Caching and optimization techniques (we use new relic to monitor our RoR App).

We are building a Video On Demand Platform for web and Connected Devices. We have launched in Spain, but we are growing and expanding the team and project Internationally. We are a young team. We look for a team builder, with strong knowledge of RoR that will bring more "power and muscle" to the team. Someone that knows how to deal with pressure and work with a multidisciplinary team.
